Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the group’s Information Security, Privacy, and Cybersecurity strategies and digital goals in your country. Act as a subject matter expert across Information Security, Privacy and Cybersecurity, offering guidance to protect and safeguard information assets. Educate and support stakeholders in security and privacy by design principles.
  • Support and manage the Cyber Security and Data Privacy incident management process with your expertise. Manage third‑party risk assessments, including security and privacy reviews, contractual requirements, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Keep updated on current and emerging trends, threats, tools and methodologies across all three domains (Information Security, Privacy and Cybersecurity).
  • Apply risk management processes to identify and mitigate risks related to Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy, aligned with business needs and internal policies.
  • Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability (the CIA triad) of information.
What you'll need to have
  • Good expertise in Cybersecurity controls and industry best practices.
  • Good knowledge of potential information risks for the country organisation, its colleagues, customers and suppliers and how to mitigate these risks.
  • Good knowledge of the security by design concept.
  • Good knowledge of and experience with the risk management process, performing risk assessments and be able to advise and support mitigating actions.
  • Familiarity with digital systems, network architecture is a plus, and related security measures Overview of IT solutions and working routines in relation to information security aspects of the systems.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex concepts in Information Security, Privacy and Cybersecurity in a clear and relatable way to a broad audience, including coworkers and business stakeholders. This includes translating technical language into business‑relevant insights and fostering understanding across non‑technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in English and Italian language.
