DXC Technology is looking for a Junior Industrial Network Engineer to join our team in the Maranello area. You will be trained in industrial networking and OT environments, progressively participating in deployment, monitoring, incident management and troubleshooting activities to develop Siemens Industrial Networks / SCALANCE expertise.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Automation
• Strong foundations in TCP/IP, Ethernet, and switching
• Interest in industrial networking and OT environments
• Availability to work in the Maranello area
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Experience with Generative AI tools is a plus

Job Description:

DXC Technology is looking for a Junior Industrial Network Engineer to join our team and be trained on industrial networking and OT (Operational Technology) environments.

Starting from a solid technical background and a strong interest in networking, you will be progressively involved in deployment, monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting activities, with the goal of developing specific expertise in Siemens Industrial Networks / SCALANCE technologies.

Responsibilities

• Progressive involvement in deployment activities for industrial network infrastructure
• Support in monitoring of industrial network environments

We Require

The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €30.000.

Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l’industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsibility, experience and skills.
