Responsibilities

With over 300 professionals, KPMG Fides Servizi di Amministrazione provides professional services in administration, accounting, and tax processes. In the Milan office, you will be placed in the Payroll department and support the Immigration Team with the following activities:

  • Assisting in managing paperwork related to the entry and stay of foreign citizens (EU, non-EU);
  • Supporting the transfer of personnel abroad, in collaboration with local correspondents;
  • Monitoring and studying Italian and international regulations relating to immigration, contractual, and tax issues for employees and seconded personnel.
Qualifications
  • Six months to one year experience in Global Mobility and Immigration Services;
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law or related fields;
  • Good command of the Office suite with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, flexibility, and dynamism.
