The ideal candidate should have a degree in Sociology or Communication, possess 2–3 years of experience, and have excellent command of English. To strengthen our Human Resources team at the Varedo (MB) office, we are looking for a :

JUNIOR HR GENERALIST

The selected candidate will be the first contact for all CBC employees in Italy; they’ll support the HR Manager across the whole HR range of activities, focusing mainly on :

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: managing the whole hiring process, from defining profiles to integrating new hires.
• Learning & Development: planning and implementing training programs and development paths.
• Internal Communication: collaborating with the Communication Team on People-related initiatives.
• HR Administration: managing employment administration aspects in partnership with our external payroll provider.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Sociology, Communication, or other humanities disciplines.
• 2–3 years of experience in similar roles within mid-sized organizations.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Empathy, active listening and a genuine interest in people.
• Enthusiasm, a desire to learn and to grow in the role.
