Reporting into: Senior HR Business Partner – Commercial, Tech & Corporate Functions.

Contract Type: Permanent.

Workplace Type: Hybrid.

Potential Start Date: January 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior HR Business Partner in managing operational HR topics across the assigned business unit.
  • Advise, coach and provide first‑line support to line managers for the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring effective and consistent staff management.
  • Provide an advisory service to employees on all HR matters.
  • Process and maintain organization and associate updates in internal tools and systems.
  • Assist with the employee life‑cycle processes such as onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, change of hours, salary increases or off‑boarding.
  • Support the year‑end process, advising managers on meritocracy, performance evaluations, salary reviews and bonus planning.
  • Support the recruitment team in hiring processes across the assigned business unit.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of local HR processes, systems and procedures.
  • Analyze Human Resources key metrics and use data for process improvements.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in an HR Generalist role (or equivalent) within a fast‑paced, diversified environment, preferably in CRM units or digital industries.
  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and advise management on operational HR activities.
  • Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables) and MS Office.
  • Workday knowledge (nice to have) and CCNL Commercio (strong plus).
  • Professional approach, discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong knowledge of English (at least B2, written and verbal).
  • Personal accountability, initiative and problem‑solving attitude.
  • Results‑orientation, time‑management and strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
