Junior HR Business Partner & Labor Relations
Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination of employee and labour relations programs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, practices, collective agreements, individual employment contracts, regulations, and laws.
  • Gather and analyze information on bargaining trends, issues, and relevant standards and regulations to understand their potential impact.
  • Assist in interpreting and translating labour law and regulations into workplace changes, monitoring updates, and ensuring policy applicability.
  • Provide administrative support across the employee life‑cycle, including onboarding, exit management, and other diverse HR tasks.
  • Manage the internships program from end-to-end.
  • Support the record‑management framework activities, including data inventory, retention, and the annual review of employment documentation.
  • Assist with both external and internal HR audits.
  • Assist in compiling data and supporting the implementation of HR projects and initiatives, including key country and global projects.
  • Coordinate with international counterparts on employment matters.
  • Support initiatives related to local language requirements and paperless environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or university degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in Italian and English.

Fixed term contract until October 2026, due to maternity leave, that can be extended. CCNL Credito, RAL to be defined. Full time 37h. Based in Milan. Disponibilità oraria: Full Time. CCNL: CREDITO. Livello contratto: da definire.
