This Position reports to: HR Business Partner

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support HR processes and projects while performing day-to-day HR activities for all Divisions of the BA Motion at local level. You will ensure accurate and timely execution of HR transactions, provide guidance to managers and employees, and contribute to HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Executing HR services and transactions in compliance with agreed processes, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Supporting managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and talent development processes.
  • Acting as a key contributor in HR projects (e.g., engagement, organizational change, learning initiatives, D&I).
  • Providing support to global HR projects when required.
  • Preparing HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Ensuring compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and simplification.
Qualifications for the role
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
