A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer in Milan, Lombardy, Italy. This role involves creating promotional materials, collaborating with a marketing team to ensure high-quality content, and improving user experience on local websites. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Graphic Design, at least 6 months of experience, and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and UX design. This is a temporary 12-month contract with full-time employment.

On behalf of our Client a Global pharmaceutical company IQVIA is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Design. The role will involve assisting with the creation of promotional materials for the local brands as well as supporting and updating our local website.

He/she will collaborate with our marketing team to ensure high-quality content creation a seamless user experience and the effective delivery of marketing assets.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the Content Designer to conceptualize develop and produce high-quality promotional and internal materials (e.g. newsletters brochures flyers posters slide presentations print ads event banners) from brief to design ensuring adherence with the brand and corporate identity for both print and web formats
• Involve in proofreading and testing assets across devices before release to ensure optimal performance
• Contribute to the update and publication of engaging content on local websites to enhance user experience

WHO YOU ARE:

• Masters degree in Graphic Design or a related field (e.g. Communication Design User Experience Design)
• At least 6 month of previous experience in graphic design role
• Strong creativity and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Strong UX skills understanding of user experience principles and familiarity with SEO and web design will be a plus
• Detail-oriented with the ability to proof and compare assets effectively
• Understanding of AI for content creation
• Strong collaboration skills and a proven team player
• Excellent digital skill including strong Microsoft Office knowledge
• Knowledge of Adobe design suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator and Premier) will be a plus
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue

Type of contract: Temporary contract 12 months
