A global pharmaceutical company based in Milan is seeking a motivated Junior Graphic Designer to assist in creating promotional materials and enhancing local websites. This role requires strong creativity, collaboration skills, and familiarity with graphic design tools. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Graphic Design or a related field and previous design experience. The contract is temporary for 12 months.

On behalf of our client, a Global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer. The role will involve assisting with the creation of promotional materials for local brands, as well as supporting and updating local websites. You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure high-quality content creation, a seamless user experience, and the effective delivery of marketing assets.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the Content Designer to conceptualize, develop, and produce high-quality promotional and internal materials (e.g., newsletters, brochures, flyers, posters, slide presentations, print ads, event banners) from brief to design, ensuring adherence with the brand and corporate identity for both print and web formats
• Involve in proofreading and testing assets across devices before release to ensure optimal performance
• Contribute to the update and publication of engaging content on local websites to enhance user experience

WHO YOU ARE

• Master’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (e.g., Communication Design, User Experience Design)
• At least 6 months of previous experience in a graphic design role
• Strong creativity and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Strong UX skills, understanding of user experience principles; familiarity with SEO and web design is a plus
• Detail-oriented with the ability to proof and compare assets effectively
• Understanding of AI for content creation
• Strong collaboration skills and a proven team player
• Excellent digital skills, including strong Microsoft Office knowledge
• Knowledge of Adobe design suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere) is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (native preferred)

Type of contract: Temporary contract, 12 months

Location: Milan
