LuxExperience seeks a talented Junior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Bologna. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate financial insights.

The role is hybrid, with a fixed-term maternity contract. Starting annual gross base salary is €29,000; English is at an intermediate level and Italian is fluent. A Finance degree (Bachelors/Masters) is preferred.

• At least 1 year of FP&A, Controlling, Audit, or Corporate Finance experience.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support financial planning and analysis activities, contribute to business performance monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial insights and reporting.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing

• Support the Financial Planning & Analysis team in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities;
• Collaborate with Accounting and Controlling teams during monthly closing activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency;
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and performance analysis for local and global stakeholders;
• Contribute to inventory and margin analysis, helping identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities;
• Analyze financial data and business performance trends to support decision-making processes;
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized reporting tools and dashboards;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and financial visibility across the organization;

The Type Of Person We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• At least 1 year of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Audit, or Corporate Finance;
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools is considered a plus;
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles;
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Intermediate proficiency in English and fluency in Italian.
