LuxExperience in Bologna, Italy is seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team on a maternity cover, fixed-term basis. The role focuses on supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve analytics and dashboards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance or related field, with 1+ year FP&A experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in Italian with good English.

• At least 1 year of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Audit, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
