We welcome applications from candidates at all levels of seniority (junior, mid, or senior), with a background in engineering, administration, or human resources (HR), ideally with prior experience—however brief—in structured organizations or consulting firms, supporting technical or operational teams.

Requirements

• Registered under Italian Law 68/99 (Categorie Protette)
• Degree or diploma in:
• Engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Naval, Civil, etc.)
• Administrative disciplines (e.g., Economics, Business Administration, etc.)
• Human Resources or related fields
• Experience, even brief, in supporting activities within:
• Technical or operational teams
• Administrative or back-office functions
• HR areas such as recruitment, training, personnel administration, or development
• Good command of the English language
• Teamwork skills, attention to detail, and results‑oriented mindset
