Position

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Developer & Helpdesk Support on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The ideal candidate has a strong passion for technology, problem-solving skills, and the desire to grow within a structured and innovative environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide first- and second-level support to users on Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Analyze and resolve technical and functional issues reported by customers.
  • Collaborate with the development team to customize and configure the ERP system.
  • Perform testing, prepare documentation, and deliver basic training to end users.
  • Support the implementation of new features and platform updates.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or degree in computer science, economics, or related fields.
  • Interest in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (AL, C/AL, C#, SQL, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience, even short-term (internships, academic projects, etc.), in similar roles.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft environment (Office 365, Azure, Power Platform).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and the sales/purchase cycle.
