Job summary

Adecco Portugal is assisting a leading Mobility sector company to hire a Junior Credit Risk Analyst - Data & Analytics in the Torino area. You will support the Credit Department with data-driven risk assessment, reporting and process improvements.

The role focuses on building models, dashboards and rules, with 1+ year in credit/risk. English is required; French is a plus. The package includes €35,000–€40,000 gross per year.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics is preferred; Economics, Finance or related fields can be evaluated.
• 1+ years of experience in Credit, Risk Management or related functions.
• Strong data management and analytics skills with ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve credit acceptance rules for customer segments.
• Implement statistical models and tools to improve risk assessment using internal and external data.
• Develop and maintain regular credit risk reports; monitor trends and anomalies.
• Support management with ad hoc analyses and governance materials.
• Promote a data-driven risk culture across stakeholders.
