Marionnaud Group in Italy (Lombardia) is seeking an FP&A professional to support planning and control activities in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

You will monitor store performance, prepare dashboards, and assist with budgeting and forecasting while partnering with Finance, Retail, and Operations teams. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are required for this role.

Competenze

• Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance of stores and retail network.
• Support monthly closing and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insights.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers.
• Act as business partner with Finance, Retail, and Operations teams to support performance improvements.
