Leonardo is seeking a precise, proactive, and analytical Junior Controller to join our team in Varese. You will act as a bridge between Technical Areas, Project Management, and Finance, supporting the Manager in planning, tracking, and optimizing external engineering resources, ensuring alignment between workloads, budgets, and actual costs.

You will define external assignments with Technical Areas, edit the external hours database, and contribute to monthly reporting.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
• Good English written and spoken; strong teamwork and proactivity.

Mansioni

• Define external assignments with Technical Areas and collect them, ensuring coherence with budget and authorization docs.
• Support Technical Areas in setting activity requirements, aligning purchase requests with estimated time and costs.
• Edit and update the external hours database; verify data for Purchase Requests and Orders.
• Contribute to monthly reports on external hours (budgeted, authorized, committed, actual).
• Monitor headcount data to verify actual working hours and support workload estimation.
