Prometeia in Italy is seeking a Junior Consultant to join the Wealth Management/Private Banking team. You will support project governance, prepare analyses and engage with clients to shape innovative solutions.

The role combines consulting, business design and digitalization, offering growth in complex projects with a strong emphasis on learning, teamwork and continuous development.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Economics / Finance, Management Engineering, Statistics or related fields.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated.
• Previous experience (even short) in consulting firms, banks, asset/wealth management or insurance companies, preferably in roles related to digital transformation or business development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree in Economics / Finance, Management Engineering, Statistics or related fields.
• Strong interest in the Wealth Management and financial services sector, with passion for technology and its applications in finance.
• Previous experience (even short) in consulting firms, banks, asset/wealth management or insurance companies, preferably in roles related to digital transformation or business development.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated.
