General Responsibilities

As part of the Global Compliance & Reporting team you will work closely with multinational clients and play a key role in delivering tax compliance and reporting services. Depending on your level of experience your responsibilities include:

• Advising on the tax aspects of financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP for multinational groups and in extraordinary transactions.
• Supporting multinational groups on BEPS Pillar II projects.
• Providing assistance in Cooperative Compliance activities for multinational clients.
• Delivering recurring tax consultancy and tax compliance services.
• Supporting audit teams in tax‑related aspects of client audits.
• Building and maintaining strong tax relationships with clients ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Identifying new opportunities and contributing to business development efforts.
• Managing and coordinating day‑to‑day client relationships and expectations.
• Leading and delivering tax projects with a business‑oriented and technically excellent approach (Senior level).

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics.
• Good knowledge of tax regulations, financial statements and national accounting principles.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team spirit with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.

Additional Requirements for Senior Level

• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in global compliance reporting or tax advisory.
• Understanding of the financial services environment is preferable.
• Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships.
• Experience managing client deliverables and coordinating project delivery.
• Customer orientation, commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business development.
