• Degree (obtained or in progress) in Management Engineering, Business Economics, or similar fields.
• Diploma with a strong interest in the world of consulting and logistics/production.

? Digital Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
• Interest or previous studies (exams, projects) related to ERP systems.

? Experience:

• Brief work experience (even internships) in companies or consulting firms is a plus.

? Soft Skills:

• Team spirit: you love to collaborate and share knowledge.
• Adaptability: you can manage changes with flexibility and goal orientation.
• Problem Solving: you enjoy finding creative solutions to challenges.

? Other skills:

• Mobility: willingness to travel to clients when necessary.

Compensation and benefits

The program has a maximum duration of 6 months and is structured as a training internship, aimed at professional integration into the company. The objective is to offer an operational learning context, dedicated support, and gradual growth of responsibilities, with a concrete possibility of confirmation at the end of the training period. Monthly allowance

• First 3 months: EUR 700 / month
• Subsequent 3 months (from month 4 to 6): EUR 900 / month

The allowance is uniform for all candidates, regardless of previous salary history.
