Janus is an Italian Energy Tech startup focused on digital solutions for energy communities. We seek a junior talent to work closely with the CEO, contributing to events, communications and partner relations. This role involves travel and active engagement in HOPEE, our renewable energy platform.

Ideal candidates bring proactive attitude, strong communication, and a willingness to learn across dynamic environments. Submissions should showcase how ideas become concrete proposals.

Junior Communication & Events Assistant | Janus

Janus is an Italian Energy Tech startup developing innovative digital solutions powered by technology, AI and data for the energy sector and Renewable Energy Communities.

We are looking for a new junior talent to join our team, work closely with the CEO and be directly involved in the company’s day-to-day activities.

This is not a traditional desk job.

We are looking for someone curious, sharp, dynamic and, above all, proactive — someone eager to grow fast, experience different professional environments and take an active role in events, meetings, networking activities and business trips.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with the CEO on daily activities
• Take an active role in events, meetings and networking activities
• Support relationships with partners, guests and stakeholders
• Create and manage social media content
• Support event communication and promotion
• Prepare presentations and communication materials
• Coordinate operational activities with the Communication team
• Join national and international business trips
