Akkodis is seeking a Junior Commissioning Engineer to join the Energy Division in Italy, focusing on an Oil & Gas project. You will support planning, reporting, handover documentation, and systemization of commissioning sequences while coordinating meetings and actions.

International travel may be required as projects span national and international sites. Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree, know Microsoft Project, Excel and MS Office, and have good English proficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Reading and understanding technical project documentation such as electrical diagrams, P&IDs, schedules and Gantt charts.

Mansioni

• Plan and monitor: update work schedules, track site activities, monitor milestones.
• Prepare short-term plans, progress reports and basic project dashboards.
• Track operational activities, project deliverables and handover documentation.
• Understand systemization concepts and commissioning sequences for project planning and progress control.
• Participate in meetings and document minutes, follow up on actions.

What will your contribution be at Akkodis?

Within our Energy Division, you will be involved in an Oil & Gas project and will be responsible for the following activities:

• Planning and Monitoring: Support the Commissioning team in updating work schedules, tracking site activities and monitoring project milestones.
• Reporting: Collaborate in the preparation of short-term plans, progress reports and basic project dashboards.
• Handover and Deliverables: Support the tracking of operational activities, project deliverables and final handover documentation.
• Systemization and Sequences: Develop an understanding of systemization concepts (the division of the project into systems and subsystems), commissioning sequences, project planning and progress control.
• Coordination and Meetings: Participate in technical and coordination meetings, preparing meeting minutes and following up on agreed actions.

About you

Requirements to start your professional growth journey with us:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Electronics, Chemical or Management Engineering), or equivalent technical diploma combined with relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of Project Management, planning and project control.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to read and understand technical project documentation, including electrical diagrams, P&IDs, schedules and Gantt charts.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Willingness to travel to project sites, both nationally and internationally.

What we offer

Gross Annual Salary (RAL) starting from €30,000, depending on the candidate's level of experience and seniority.
