Overview

Marsh is seeking candidates to join our FINPRO Team (Financial & Professional Risk) as an Junior Client Advisor based in Milan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Marsh’s Financial and Professional Liability (FINPRO) Practice helps Clients anticipate, model, and manage threats to their business. This includes data breaches, cyber risk, political instability, global and local jurisdictional challenges, directors and officers liability as well as damage to professional reputations amongst many other products and services. Marsh leads the industry, educating insurers on business risks and customizing coverage to manage specific challenges, enabling Clients to conduct business with confidence. We are a tight, professional and technical team with an impeccable reputation in niche markets such as Directors and Officers Liability (D&O), Professional Indemnity (PI), Cyber, EPLI, Financial Institutions (FI) and Bankers Blanket Bond (BBB).

Responsibilities
  • build and maintain relationships with clients and serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day service needs;

  • use significant risk expertise and knowledge of industry and carriers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs;

  • present, develop and execute renewal/placement strategies in partnership with Client Executives;

  • support and interface closely with client executives and client teams to support client retention and new business production;

  • keep abreast of changing insurance and risk management market conditions;

  • ensuring compliance with our business protocols and local regulatory requirements.

What you need to have
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Law or similar fields;

  • Be results oriented with a strong client service focus;

  • Fluent in written and spoken English;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
