WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Enter and manage technical specifications and essential product information daily basis
- Maintain an up-to-date product catalog, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy in product details and features
- Collaborate with copy editors in maintaining the product details aligned with the company's ToV and legal guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of product details
- Organize and maintain resources for the Team Copy, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date
- Stay informed about product trends to recommend adjustments and new features that improve SEO, sales performance, and enrich the customer experience
- Ensure clothing racks and trolleys remain organized
WHO YOU ARE
- Fashion competence and knowledge of luxury brands, products, textiles, and industry standards and best practices
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail, ensuring the utmost accuracy in product information
- Proactive and analytical thinker, always seeking opportunities for improvement, optimization, and efficient workflows
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively and address product listing challenges
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, with experience writing fashion-related copy in e-commerce, editorial, or digital media environments
- Familiar with digital organizing tools, MS Office, and CMS systems; comfortable working in digital environments
- Education or experience in journalism, creative writing, translation, literature, or fashion-related fields
