Linklaters Italy seeks a junior associate to join the Capital Markets department, specifically the Structured Finance, Regulatory and Investment Funds team. The role offers exposure to innovative securitisations, regulatory matters, and fund formation across our international client base.

You will work with a global team, develop strong technical and analytical skills, and contribute to high-profile transactions while benefiting from a meritocratic, collaborative environment at a leading law

Competenze

• Law degree from an Italian university with strong academic credentials.
• New graduate with interest in Capital Markets matters.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

Mansioni

• Work in the Structured Finance, Regulatory and Investment Funds group within Finance.
• Assist on securitisations, regulatory matters, and investment funds projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues across international offices on complex deals.
