Il candidato ideale avrà 1-3 anni di esperienza, una laurea in ingegneria, economia o diritto, e competenze in negoziazione e analisi di mercato. Il ruolo prevede la gestione del budget, la negoziazione con i fornitori e l'analisi delle offerte, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.

Competenze

For our Headquarters in Milan, we are looking for a Junior Buyer Services.


Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Global Commodity Manager and coordinating with Unit buyers in managing the budget and defining the purchasing strategy for goods and services, in close collaboration and concert with the requesting entities;
  • Management of the entire sourcing process: Definition of the Supplier List within the Vendor List, preparation of requests for proposal to submit to suppliers and management of commercial and contractual negotiation activities with identified suppliers, in order to pursue the objectives of cost-effectiveness, synergy, quality excellence and lead time optimization;
  • Contributing to the achievement of company, department and unit objectives;
  • Adherence to and assurance of procurement and compliance procedures;
  • Analyzing, comparing and evaluating bids received from suppliers, ensuring their technical verification by therequesting Corporate Departments/Operational Units and preparing summary tabulations of final bids and recommendation;
  • Drafting of terms and conditions related to contracts/purchase orders, with the support of the Legal Department and Contract Department and in coordination with the requesting Departments;
  • Managing relationships with suppliers in compliance with the Code of Ethics, the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the Anti-Corruption Model;
  • Supporting Regional Procurement Managers and Purchasing Managers in the implementation of Operational Unit procurement plans with a view to maximizing efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Support in the analysis of reporting and identification, in consultation with the Global Commodity Manager and Vendor Management, of corrective actions in order to manage and mitigate critical issues detected in the execution of the procurement process.

Requirements:

  • 1- 3 years of experience in the role within multinational settings;
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Economics/Law;
  • Market analysis and benchmarking skills;
  • Selection, development and management of supply base;
  • Contractual skills; Ability to read and implement major contract clauses;
  • Ability to perform value analysis and cost drivers first;
  • Excellent command of MS Office;
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP.
