Job summary

Canon is seeking a Junior Business Planning Analyst in Italy to ensure the day-to-day finance activities run smoothly and to support accurate data, reporting and sales analysis. You will manage data in reporting tools, perform data processing in Excel, and assist with monthly reporting and sales reconciliation.

Strong English and excellent Excel skills are essential in this role. The position is a maternity cover contract under the CCNL Commercio framework; Canon offers training and development

• Reporting and support: support the finance team in the preparation of recurring reports and monthly reporting activities, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
• Sales data reconciliation and analysis: support the reconciliation, validation and analysis of sales data, identifying discrepancies and supporting the finance team in their resolution.
• Ad hoc analysis: support the finance team with data extraction, analysis and preparation of information required for management requests.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Management of company tools: daily input, maintenance and verification of data within the company's reporting and managament tools;
• Data processing and reporting: preparation, consolidation and analysis of data using Excel;
• Reporting and support: support the finance team in the preparation of recurring reports and monthly reportingt activities, ensuring data completeness and accurancy;
• Sales data reconciliation and analysis: support the reconciliation, validation and analysis of sales data, identifying discrepancies and supporting the finance team in their resolution;
• Ad hoc analysis: support the finance team with data extraction, analysis and preparation of information required for management requests.

The gorss annual salary of the role ranges between 30.000 and 35.000 euros.
