Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Junior Business Development – Danish Speaker to support our international projects, to be based ON SITE at one of our offices in Rome or Florence, Italy.

Main responsibilities :

• Increase sales by proactively identifying new clients
• Lead commercial negotiations with customers
• Prepare commercial proposals
• Draft and approve contracts
• Manage incoming orders
• Promptly resolve any customer‑related issues
• Maintain accurate reporting documentation
• Manage internal CRM tools

About you :

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or other areas related to Business Development or Life Sciences (e.g., Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology)
• Nice to have: previous experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry or consulting services is a plus
• Must have: Danish native speaker, Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel
• Open‑minded, organized, and flexible attitude; goal‑oriented and a team player

Availability: Full‑time, full on‑site

Location: Rome or Florence, Italy
