St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Venice is seeking a Guest Service Support Expert to help ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will assist with front-of-house tasks, support kitchen operations, and maintain clean and stocked service areas to uphold our standards of service.

The role is full-time, on-site in San Marco area, with a focus on professionalism and teamwork. Previous hospitality exposure is a plus but not required, and U.S. or international salary benchmarks apply where relevant.

Guest Service Support Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing the menu (read and visually verify information), and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Service Support Experts - to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience. Previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
