Jobtailor in Milan is seeking a junior consultant to contribute to banking sector consulting projects through analysis and the preparation of deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and Word documents.

You will join meetings with internal project teams andclients while collaborating with senior consultants to map business processes and support organizational design within the banking domain. This role offers exposure to dynamic financial projects across Italy and beyond.

Competenze

• Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience, preferably gained within a consulting firm.
• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or another STEM discipline.
• Basic knowledge of the banking industry, including key market players, products and services.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of French considered a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work on client sites within Italy and internationally.
• Availability to work on client sites.

• Contribute to consulting projects through analytical activities and support preparation of project deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and Word documents.
• Participate in meetings with internal project teams and clients while working alongside senior consultants.
• Analyze and map business processes and support organizational model design within the banking sector.
• Support project management activities for business and technology initiatives in national and international environments.
• Assist with business case development, scenario analysis, benchmarking studies, thought leadership content, and industry events.
• Contribute to research and development aligned with market trends, including assessment of FinTech, enterprise solutions, Generative AI, robotics, Machine Learning, and other emerging technologies.
