CSI S.p.A. is expanding its automotive safety testing team in Bollate (MI) and seeks a Junior Automotive Test Engineer specialized in Active and Passive Safety. You will coordinate crash tests, support test vehicles on track, and document results per guidelines.

Qualifications include an engineering degree (Mechanical/Aerospace) and fluency in English and Chinese. The position offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with a competitive gross salary range, commensurate with experience.

Competenze

Degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or related technical field.
MS Office proficiency and IT systems understanding.
Willingness to work in Bollate, Italy; 12-month fixed-term contract.
Fluency in English and Chinese is required (Chinese language mandatory).

Mansioni

Coordinate and manage vehicle crash tests (frontal, side, rear) and test drive on track for ADAS.
Support mechanics during vehicle prep and post-test teardown.
Supervise test execution per regulations and customer requirements.
Interface between crash lab, test track and development teams; ensure alignment and communication.
Analyze, evaluate, and document test results accurately.
Prepare test reports per customer specs and official guidelines.
