Job summary

We Are Social Milan seeks a proactive Client Services professional to act as the first client contact, coordinating briefs with internal teams and maintaining strong relationships to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

You will support project management, budget coordination, and collaboration with Producers to guide shoots and video productions, reporting to the Account Manager. Smart working up to 2 days weekly is available.

Qualifications

• Project management skills and knowledge.
• Aptitude for managing interpersonal relationships with colleagues and operational contacts.
• Collaboration with Senior Account Executives and Account Managers in day-to-day development of projects.
• Precise and timely approach in organizing project work and its rollout according to the defined timeline.
• Availability, precision, and timeliness in relations with external brand contacts (Social Specialists and Brand Managers).
• Proactivity and curiosity in exploring new creative communication solutions to ensure outputs and approaches exceed expectations.
• Familiarity with social platforms’ tools, trends and evolutions.
• Passion for digital and social communication, knowledge of best practices and case histories.
• Analytical approach to defining project measurement metrics.
• Previous agency experience as account or project manager is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1/C2).
