Job summary

Oak & Stone in Campania is seeking a friendly server to join our team. A successful candidate will know the menu, take and ring orders into the POS, and ensure timely service with a welcoming attitude.

Responsibilities include upselling, refilling drinks, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and performing side-work. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, with hourly wage plus tips and a 50% employee discount.

Qualifications

• At least one year of serving experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of Oak & Stone menus and preparation.
• Take orders for beverages and food items.
• Prepare orders for drinks and food.
• Ring orders into a POS system accurately.
• Suggestively upsell and serve at 3–5 tables as directed.
• Refill drinks and handle payments, making change when needed.
• Interact with guests, management, and coworkers in a friendly manner.
• Carry out required side-work and ensure cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Clear and reset tables and uphold hygiene standards.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age and refuse service as needed.
• Report to meetings and follow company policies.
• Other duties as directed by management.
