Bulgari S.P.A., within the New Product Development Department based in Rome , is looking for a Jewelry Project Manager Engineer .

The selected candidate will support the team with the assigned product line, ensuring continuous involvement and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. This will guarantee a focus on all relevant phases, from creative requirements to production, while respecting quality standards, time-to-market, and cost targets.

Main Accountabilities

• Support the Project Managers in managing New Product Development Projects for the assigned product lines (Fine Jewelry and High Jewelry), from marketing brief through design creation, prototyping, Industrialization, and first production;
• Participate in resource planning and timing definition, setting intermediate milestones and final delivery, to respect project scope, applying Lean Design planning techniques;
• Elaborate process cost estimation (product and project-wise), collecting all relevant information from internal and external departments, respecting cost objectives through all project phases;
• Analyzeproject performance setting and evolving proper KPI’s;
• Participate in periodic project status meetings with all relevant stakeholders (Design, Marketing, Workshop, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, external actors);
• Provideproject management support to other Business Units to develop specific products / components.

Professional Capabilities

• University Degree in Engineering
• Project management knowledge
• Lean tools and techniques are a plus
• Curious about Product, Materials, Manufacturing Processes, and Technology relevant to the Category managed
• Familiar with competitors and business analysis
• IT applications (ERP / SAP, BW, Project, Office) as a plus
• Fluency in Italian and English
