Your Missions

• Develop and implement server-side solutions using Java, Python, or Node.js tailored to client needs.
• Build and optimize scalable web applications with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Flask, Spring, or Express.js.
• Integrate and manage relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch).
• Configure and maintain web servers (Nginx, Apache, Traefik) for application deployment.
• Integrate message distribution systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) to ensure efficient service communication.
• Automate data pipelines and processes using workflow management tools like NiFi or Airflow.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and effective API integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical expertise and training to client teams.

Your Profile

• 1 year of experience in back-end development with Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with web frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask, Spring, Express.js).
• Familiarity with web servers (Nginx, Apache, Traefik) and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with workflow/data integration tools (NiFi, Airflow) and implementing security/authentication mechanisms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Italian – Mother Tongue; fluent English required; other languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
