Cryptorefills is hiring a Java programmer to help develop the platform. You will work closely with other developers and tech consultants in a fast-paced startup environment and grow with the company as responsibilities increase.

Location is remote (Italy/Turkey) with smart working / work from home options. The role requires strong Java, OOP, HTTP, and modern JVM tech like Docker, AWS, Play Framework, Akka, and RxJava.

Base requirements

• Profound knowledge of Java and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
• Capability to write clean, understandable, and well-tested code, incorporating patterns and best practices, TDD (Test-Driven Development), and dependency management.
• Deep understanding of HTTP standards.
• Free from NIH syndrome. (not invented here syndrome)

Key requirements, experience with

• MongoDB.
• PlayFramework and akka actors.
• Asynchronous programming using CompletableFuture and reactive programming with rxJava.
• Docker containers.
• AWS platform.
