A leading IT solutions provider in Italy is seeking an experienced sales professional to identify and engage with distributors and key resellers. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in channel sales within the IT industry, preferably with government sector customers. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. This role offers the opportunity to drive sales initiatives and build strong business relationships.
Competenze

Job Description / Responsibility
- Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and working with distributors and key value added reseller to drive new business and retain existing customers.
- Motivate and energize the channel partners to work with Sangfor, develop sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue.
- Identify and create new sales opportunity to maintain and develop good relationship with customers.
- Manage sales cycles, market business solutions, build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects and conduct all sales activities needed to achieve sales target.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years channel sales, solution selling or project selling experience in IT industry, prefer with Government sector customer experience, experience with local famous IT networking distributors or vendors is a plus.
- Firm, dynamic, result-oriented and strong achievement motivation.
- High integrity, target focused and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
