ACM Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a leading international renewable energy service provider with operations across Europe. This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced O&M professional to take ownership of maintenance operations across a growing portfolio of renewable assets in Italy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in PV / renewable energy O&M.
• Strong analytical, organisational and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communicator with proven client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the O&M department across Field Technicians, Team Leaders and O&M Managers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to O&M Managers in the field.
• Monitor asset performance and implement corrective action.
• Supervise contractor performance, plant availability and PR.
• Manage client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Prepare monthly performance reports covering production, revenues, expenses, availability and issues.
• Ensure preventive maintenance plans are executed on schedule.
• Maintain O&M logbook and manual; ensure HSE compliance.
• Plan on-demand site activities.
