With hands-on experience and knowledge accumulated through years of working in the advanced pharmaceutical markets around the world, Celltrion Healthcare has been securing distribution channels and providing patients with biosimilars at affordable prices.We are searching for a brilliant Medical Advisor with a strong scientific background and a previous experience (at least two years) in a similar role to join our Medical Affairs Department.The new colleague will take care of all medical aspects of the projects and the medical activities to support brand strategy according to the requirements of a rapidly developing Company with a strong product pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas. The role involves 20% of the time spent travelling including overnight stays.Joining the Medical team and reporting to the Medical Manager, the new resource will be responsible for:* Interact, on a regular basis, with the scientific community by in-person visits and/or ad-hoc occasions, including scientific meetings and congresses.* Explain to all relevant physicians, the innovative value of Celltrion products.* Support KAMs, Commercial and Medical on field visits if requested.* Support International Clinical Operations group on studies and Line Manager for screening of investigator led study proposals and managing requests according to the Celltrion procedures.* Provide support to national Investigators participating in Celltrion sponsored studies as appropriate* Provide, when requested, scientific material/training to healthcare personnel and/or field force.* Actively contribute to medical affairs activities including advisory boards, congress symposia, speaker programs, participation in conferences and scientific meetings, and development of summaries of key clinical data.* To review promotional materials before approval of the Head of Scientific Service warranting the appropriateness of its medical content and the independence of assess.* Provide internal and field force training in accordance with the affiliate's needs across therapeutic areas.* Ensure legal compliance to all applicable local rules and regulations, in alignment with applicable law, Farmindustria code and Celltrion’s code of conduct.Essential requirements:* Scientific Degree (medicine, pharmacy, biology or equivalent);* Achievement of PhD and/or master program (best but not mandatory);* Fluency in English;* Deep, factual knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas pathologies characteristics, products (including future expected approvals), therapies, clinical studies and treatment pathways;* Deep understanding of all biology and medicine related aspects of the therapeutic areas assigned;* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a medical roles (Medical Liaison, Medical Advisor) in pharmaceutical company in Italy;* Strong knowledge and understanding of the national healthcare system;* Knowledge and experience in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Hematology, Allergology, Pneumology, biological/biosimilar drugs (best but not mandatory);Workplace: Milan (with more than 80% of the time spent in office and other 20% in field)Celltrion Group provides biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceutical medications to help increase patient access to advanced therapies around the world.Celltrion Group offers biologics to about 110 countries, along with more than 30 global partners around the world.
