Job summary

CRIF is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the Italian perimeter and contribute to global sourcing initiatives. The role focuses on end-to-end procurement, supplier negotiations, and governance across the Group.

You will liaise with Finance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure compliant, value-driven purchasing decisions. The candidate should bring 5+ years in procurement, solid Excel/PowerPoint, SAP experience, and fluency in English to thrive in an international, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, CS or related STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement, strategic sourcing or related roles.
• Proven supplier negotiation experience and contract management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for the Italian perimeter, including supplier scouting, RFx management, commercial evaluations, supplier selection and negotiations.
• Support global procurement initiatives and contribute to sourcing projects involving multiple countries and business units.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and contribute to procurement savings targets.
• Conduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking to support informed procurement decisions.
• Lead commercial negotiations ensuring the best balance between cost, quality, service levels, innovation and risk.
• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and key business partners.
• Support supplier qualification, onboarding, due diligence and vendor lifecycle management activities.
• Ensure supplier information, qualification documents and vendor registries are properly maintained.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, reviews and continuous improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security and Risk Management functions to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
