Job summary

RS Italia is seeking a Credit Control Manager to lead the Italian AR function, guiding a Credit Controllers team across Milan and Riga. You will drive cash collection, reduce aged debt and manage DSO in line with RS Group policy.

The role combines leadership with hands-on AR oversight in a hybrid setup based in Sesto San Giovanni. You will work with internal stakeholders and governance to ensure robust controls, compliant processes, and high service levels while supporting the EMEA region with

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and English, with strong communication skills.
• Experience leading Accounts Receivable, Collections or Credit Control teams.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP or similar).
• Ability to work with international teams and stakeholders across cultures.
• Proven leadership to achieve targets and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Italian Credit Teams to deliver cash, debtor and DSO targets.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve debtor-related queries.
• Review debtors ledgers for unallocated/mis-posted payments and correct timely.
• Provide accurate debtor balances and progress visibility to senior managers.
• Produce month-end debtor reports with commentary and follow-up actions.
• Record and manage disputes and contribute to resolution and closure.
• Monitor bad debt provisions with the Management Accountant.
• Collaborate with country management, governance and audit teams.
