A certification organization is looking for an experienced Italy Management System Certification Planner. The ideal candidate will manage and plan certification audits, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure timely execution. A background in audit planning and strong analytical skills, along with proficiency in data analysis tools, is required. This full-time role offers opportunities in a dynamic team environment in Italy.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in audit's planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good knowledge of English language both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to define audit dates, scopes, and logistical details.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of audits.
• Managing and contributing to development of existing and new planning tools and systems to track audit status and resource availability.
• Develop and maintain the audit calendar, ensuring optimal allocation of auditors and resources.
• Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints.
• Support reporting and KPI tracking related to audit planning performance and capacity utilization.
• Collaborate with other teams/functions to align planning with commitments.
