A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Footwear Production Project Manager to oversee the development and production of ultra-luxury women's footwear, particularly high-heeled sandals. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in footwear manufacturing and must be fluent in both Italian and English. This role requires autonomous project management skills and a strong understanding of high-quality production processes.

Competenze

• At least 5 years' experience in ultra-luxury women's footwear manufacturing.
• Experience with development of high-heeled sandals.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise manufacturing processes.
• Manage product lifecycle from development to post-production.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturers.
