The role also involves project management and collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance workplace environments.

Competenze

• Basic experience in employee relations or labor/employment law.
• Experience in project management within a matrix environment.
• Experience working with third-party contractor workforces.

• Support ERM in the implementation of the EXR strategy.
• Analyze data to support recommendations and measure strategy success.
• Build relationships with peers and internal leaders.

Conoscenze

Fluency in Italian and English (CEFR C2)
