Next Job Abroad is seeking an Italian-speaking Social Media Content Moderator to join a growing Athens-based team. This on-site role involves reviewing and moderating content to ensure safety and quality for a global platform.

You will enforce policies, handle user inquiries via chat, email or phone, and contribute to a positive online experience while benefiting from relocation support and a competitive salary. Fluency in Italian and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (spoken & written) is required.
• Very good English is required.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional judgment and ability to separate personal opinions from policies.
• Previous experience in content moderation, social media or customer support is a plus.
