A leading global customer experience provider is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support & Content Moderator. This role requires fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to work on-site in Porto. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries and content moderation. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and flexibility for rotating shifts. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.
Location: Porto or Lisbon (on-site or remote based in Portugal)
Language Requirements: Italian (C1+) + English (B2+)
