WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot, and document interactions in CRM.

English proficiency is required for training. The role offers 1,050 EUR gross per month with 14 salaries, a bonus up to 10%, fully paid training, and relocation support for EU residents.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian with C1/C2 level; English B2+ for training.
• Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote, international team.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Relocation Support

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
