WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join its international team. This fully remote role from Greece offers paid training, a competitive salary, and full relocation support for EU movers.

You will provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, handle inquiries, document interactions in CRM, and ensure high customer satisfaction while working with an diverse, multicultural team.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English at least B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, international team.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

• €1,050 gross/month x 14 salaries

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? Work remotely from anywhere in the country.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
