WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide professional, empathetic help to customers across markets from Porto, Portugal. The role requires handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information to ensure a high-quality experience.

Candidates should be fluent in Italian and at least C1 in English, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Relocation support includes accommodation assistance in a shared residence and a welcome bonus

Whether you are already living in Portugal or considering relocating from abroad, this role offers the opportunity to join an international team, develop your professional skills, and experience life in Portugal.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation support (details are below)
