WW Talents invites you to join its customer support team in Porto, Portugal. As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, empathetic assistance to customers across markets, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality experience. You must speak fluent Italian and have English at C1 level.

The role operates on a 24/7 rotational schedule, onsite. Compensation includes €1,000 gross per month paid over 14 salaries, a daily food allowance of €7.63, accommodation

Job description

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities
