WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. You will handle inquiries in Italian and English, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through the platform. Training is paid, and relocation support is provided for EU movers.

A dynamic, multicultural environment awaits in a rotating shift setup. No prior experience is required, but a customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills help you succeed.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian with strong communication skills.
• English at least B2 for training and internal communication.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries and account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Greece – Onsite
Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Already living in Greece? You can join the team onsite at the designated office location.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

• 2 weeks of hotel accommodation

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
